Aftercare

Aftercare is an additional part of the day and is not included in school fees. Aftercare is from 12.45 – 15.00 or 17.00 

An aftercare programme is offered which commences directly after the end of the school day. It runs till 5pm and can be used half day till 3pm or on a casual basis. Our programme is run by Dot Steyn and Hazel Stevens who have been at our school running this most successful programme for more than 15 years.

The children follow a well thought through routine with the aim of providing a safe, caring and nurturing environment where your children can socialize and have fun.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Contract: Please complete a contract for each child attending Aftercare

Monthly payment: For your convenience fees can be paid monthly over 10 months. Fees are paid in advance and are due by the first of each month.

Notice: One months notice needs to be given if the days / times on contract are changing.

Casual emergency: Payable on the day to Dot Stevens.

Late Penalty: Parents who collect their children from Aftercare or Holiday Care after the daily closing time will be charged a late penalty fee of R50 per ten minutes ovedue.

Holiday club:

We offer a fun holiday club for your convenience. Special activities like jumping castles and scavenger hunts are planned for certain days, ensuring that the children have loads of fun.

All children currently attending Constantiaberg Pre-Primary as well as siblings from the age of 3 years not enrolled at school (up to and including Grade 1’s) are welcome to attend.

What is required?

– Please provide a packed lunch (2 lunch boxes if staying till 15.00)
– Ensure that suitable clothing is packed for ALL weather conditions
– Bookings will work on a first come, first served basis and will only be confirmed with payment. Payment is either in cash or via EFT. No refunds will be given.
– If you require holiday care, a form needs to be completed and returned with payment or proof thereof to Dot. These forms can be placed in the AFTERCARE box in the office.
